He also leads the Energy Services Team for the Calgary office. Rhys has advised both private and public companies on numerous merger and acquisitions, and financing transactions from a range of industries including energy services, transportation, distribution, and real estate. Stephen is a Chartered Accountant and has over 25 years of experience providing advisory and consulting services to private and public entities. His clients encompass a wide range of industries including energy, utilities, manufacturing, construction, and telecommunications.

Tim is a Partner and head of Transaction Advisory Services for Edmonton. He has recently taken over responsibility of the Alberta Restructuring Practice of KPMG. Corporate recovery and restructuring are Tim’s primary focus.
